How do I find your location?

We are located on the backside of the Prairie Trails shopping center located on the northwest corner of 159th and Black Bob Rd. The door to the office is behind “Restore” Physical Therapy.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available all around the building, we have 2 dedicated spaces located right outside the front of the office but parking can happen anywhere within the shopping center parking lot.

Are the Therapists in the collective affiliated with each other?

No each Therapist owns and operates their own private practice.
