How do I find your location?

We are located on the backside of the Prairie Trails shopping center located on the North West corner of 159th and Black Bob Rd. The door to the office is behind “Restore” Physical Therapy.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available all around the building, we have 2 dedicated spaces located right outside the front of the office but parking can happen anywhere within the shopping center parking lot.
