Calling you beautiful seeking souls…. I see each person as a unique spirit longing to be seen and known and cared for. In the complex tapestry of human experience I am here to to offer a space to navigate struggles, gain a deeper perspective, and find ways to experience personal transformation as we walk alongside each together in an effort to discover the parts of you that have been buried away for so long. Rather than seeking external solutions we will encourage and traverse an inward journey to discover healing, a path to wholeness and fulfillment. I have additional education in spiritual formation and breaking down the pain and healing spiritual wounds caused when we are hurt and betrayed by those we love most. I work with couples, leaning on attachment framework, psychodynamic theory, and emotion-focused therapy. I work with families in relationship difficulties, parenting, anxiety, depression, women in various stages, grief/loss and more. I see clients over the age of 17. My commitment is to a therapeutic approach of authenticity, genuineness, exploration and empathy. I do not accept insurance but am happy to provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. You are so brave to have taken this first step, and if you are ready for the next, please contact me.

Sarah Seaton, MA, LPC
Hi there. I’m Sarah, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). It is my privilege to accompany you through the season you find yourself in. My passion for accompaniment began while working closely with young adults as a resident director in a college setting. I witnessed firsthand the courage it takes to seek support, and the value of seeking care during those influential years of emerging adulthood.
I’m especially passionate about working with high schoolers, college students, and young adults — individuals navigating the complex and often tender seasons of this transitional stage in life. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, shame, or trauma, my hope is to offer you a grounded space where healing can begin and deeper self-understanding can take root.
My approach blends Emotion-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I tailor our work to fit your unique story and needs. For clients who desire it, I am also able to integrate spirituality into the therapeutic process in a way that feels respectful and authentic to you.
Whatever season you find yourself in — whether it's marked by questions, pain, transition, or hope — you don’t have to navigate it alone. Reach out for a free fifteen-minute consultation to figure out if we may be a good fit!

Caity Gable, LSCSW, EMDR-C
Hi there, I’m Caity! I’m so glad that you’ve decided to reach out for support. I know it’s not easy to take the first step towards making a change and you should be proud of yourself for recognizing your needs and prioritizing yourself!
We live in a world where there is so much pressure to show up in a certain way, handle responsibilities at work, home, with friends and family, etc. It sometimes feels like an impossible task where someone is going to be let down, and oftentimes you are the one who feels like you have to compromise on your own needs to make sure that everyone else is taken care of. One of my goals is to help you find balance, and that means putting yourself and your needs into the mix.
My counseling style is warm and compassion-focused, while also using a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you gain practical skills that you can use in your everyday life. Through my personal life and clinical experiences, I have seen the importance of connection and support in order to navigate difficult situations that life may bring. I work from a trauma-informed approach that allows for us to face challenges head on. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, codependency, substance use issues, and issues functioning in the family and/or community systems.
I am looking forward to meeting you and supporting you through this journey! I can be reached directly at the following:
